• By purchasing a service from "JA Designs" Discord and or website, you are agreeing to be bound to these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local law (“United Kingdom”). If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services or platforms. By purchasing a product from “JA Designs” you agree to all below terms of service and usage agreements.

• The transactions made to "JA Designs" are only done via this website.

Anything else will be declined and refunded. All payments must be sent in the UK currency GBP (“Great British Pound”). If payments are not in GBP (“Great British Pound”) the store will convert to GBP based on the exchange rate. Please note, the payment may be slightly over to compensate for exchange rates.

Please note, customers cannot use PayPal as a payment method.

• All our services are “digital” which are non-refundable once the work has been provided/begun. Items are sent automatically to the customer upon purchase via the website & email.
  
• If you have ordered a pre-made item from our Online Store/Discord Ticket System, you become ineligible for a refund as soon as you download the item. Our website tracks the number of downloads you have made.
  
• When a customer “charges back” or creates a dispute, the store automatically responds with evidence of the customer downloading the product and the customer agreeing to the terms of service allowing us to keep our dispute levels low; if a customer disputes a payment without contacting our support team the customer account is seized and blocked from our store disabling the ability to purchase anything in the future.

Distribution of Service

• The buyer will become our customer, and so the buyer is responsible to protect the files. “JA Designs” files should not be shared with other servers/communities. It may however be shared to a trusted developer if they are working on your server; however if the files end up being leaked and traced back to the buyer; it is the buyer's responsibility.
  
• Editable files such as PSD’s are to be only distributed to the buyer of the product.
• When distributing files to server developers upon your departure from the server the files must exit with you. If servers refuse to return the items to the rightful owner, you may contact our administration team immediately.

Usage and prohibitions

The buyer must not do any of the following to JA Designs Products:

• Modify or copy products
• Resell or redistribute the product
• Unlock or jailbreak the product
• Unlock/use the products in an unlocked editable format
• Give the product to other community members who are not the buyer or server developer
• Claim credit for the product
• Remove items from the package and sell individually
• Use the logos from packages on liveries & EUP (Clothing) made elsewhere from any other developer or yourself

Limitations

(1) JA Designs reserves the right to refuse any work with customers that are found to have “leaked” or “stolen” assets/resources on the server.
(2) JA Designs shall not release any editable files (.PSD, .AI or similar) to the
customer without the express permission from the Freelancer and JA Designs Management staff.
(3) JA Designs reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any point without serving notification.

JA Designs is a trade name for JA Modifications LIMITED, a registered company in
England and Wales
